Working as real-estate producer for The Deed on CNBC, Sandra was able to use her unique background as a Design/Builder to its fullest extent.  On this series it was her responsibility to help with schedules and budgeting and track story lines during the build process to help Sidney "catch" issues the home builders were having.  She also provided design elements for each home to be built into the project.  Once completed, Sandra staged all homes including producing original art and photography to be used in the episodes.
