Move or Improve is a new concept for a design tv series.  In season 1 Sandra designed all the home improvements required for all the homeowners to stay and improve their homes. She took the wishes from the clients, their current floor plan and budget restrictions and solved the problem areas.  Creating revised floor plans and 3D renderings the on camera personalities were able to show the possibilities that a renovation could provide. Sandra then provided pricing for the cost of the renovations and made a"cheat sheet" for the on air talent to review and relay to the homeowner
on camera.  She also provided a 3D
walkthrough for the clients.
